This limited warranty policy applies to all products purchased through https://www.davezza.com (Hereinafter referred to as “davezza”).
1. WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty period shall be 2 years from delivery of the product.
3. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Damage to the product attributable to the customer or third parties.
- Damage to the product resulting from a modification made by the customer.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of nature.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, spilled food or liquids.
- Theft of the product.
- DaVezza does not warrant against any scratched, fractured, or shattered lenses.
4. WARRANTY REQUEST
Customers will be able to make the warranty effective by sending us the request through our contact information, attaching the corresponding purchase receipt during the warranty period. The purchase receipt will be sent to the customer electronically to the customer’s email address after the order is placed.
